I Heard From Grey!

Just thought I would let you all know. I got a letter and a postcard from him in the mail earlier this week. He is doing very well in boot camp, has lost some weight, and loves his M4. He says he sucks with... his M6 I think he said. Not sure though as he has chicken scratch for hand writing.

He also got bronchitis. But is all better now.

I could transcribe the letter I guess if anyone is interested. I also have to return address, and I have been granted permission to hand it out. So if anyone wants it, PM me.

Oh, and he is in Echo battalion or whatever the name is for it.

I'll try and snap a picture of the postcard with my phone, or get my scanner working (its says it isn't hooked up even tho it is also my printer and I print shit all the time) - Anyway, the pic on the postcard is an actual obstacle course he trained on.

Good news there. Haven't seen him in ages.

I got a letter from him yesterday!

Addressed to "Chelsey Hat" hahaha!

He said he's doing well, been at the range shooting a lot and whatnot. He also said that their battalion has a Facebook page if anyone wants to look at it, they post pictures and updates and everything on it. He said it's "Echo Company 1/19 or 1/10 IN," in Fort Benning, Georgia...I haven't found it yet but I'll post a link when I do!

That's awesome to hear. I'll send him a letter if I can have the address. As for Facebook pages, they are kind of hard to find if you don't know the exact page name. My brothers platoon also had one, that took like 5 days to find.
