yeah if you look at it with fraps its 30fps. Not sure if that's definitive evidence the video is at 30fps.

the video is 60 fps but youtube converts it back to 30fps so... might as well render in 30 fps right ?

There is a way to upload 60fps videos, but there is no easy way to do it, iirc.

And the quality would degrade, since I do believe that youtube limits mbps of video, so double fps would result in half the quality. LoL
